Our platform combines founder-provided information with public research to produce standardized, cited reports to assist lenders (banks, NBFCs, venture debt funds) and founders in the screening process.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using Timelined, you represent that you meet these requirements.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Upload content that violates any applicable laws
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or gain unauthorized access to our AI systems
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Resell or commercially exploit reports without permission

• You retain ownership of the information and documents you upload.
• By uploading content, you grant Timelined a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, process, analyze, and generate reports based on your content.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all content you provide.

• All reports are generated based on the data provided by you and publicly available information at the time of generation.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any report.

• Past performance or pilot results do not guarantee future outcomes.

• The Timelined platform, technology, design, and underlying AI systems are owned by Timelined or its licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of our platform without explicit written permission.
• Generated reports are provided to you for your personal and business use. You may share them with intended lenders/institutions.

• Pricing is as displayed on the platform at the time of purchase.
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with notice.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timelined shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Planet Earth.
